KW Property Management & Consulting Expands Portfolio with Ultra-Luxury Privé at Island Estates

Leading property management company to oversee operations of private island community

February 20, 2018 – KW Property Management & Consulting has announced the addition of ultra-luxury waterfront condominium Privé at Island Estates to its vast portfolio of managed communities. The company continues to enjoy multi-dimensional growth on the heels of a substantial rebranding effort that includes a new website, tagline and innovative programming.

KWPMC was awarded management of Privé at 5500 Island Estates Drive in Aventura by project developers BH3 and Gary Cohen. The twin 16-story residential towers sit on a private island on the Intracoastal Waterway, giving each residence unparalleled waterfront views.

“AS WE CELEBRATE THE INCREDIBLE MILESTONE OF PRIVÉ’S COMPLETION, IT IS COMFORTING TO KNOW RESIDENTS WILL BE IN CAPABLE HANDS WITH KW PROPERTY MANAGEMENT & CONSULTING AT THE HELM,” SAID COHEN. “THE TEAM AT KWPMC HAS REALLY SEPARATED ITSELF FROM THE PACK WHEN IT COMES TO MANAGING AND ENHANCING LUXURY CONDOMINIUM COMMUNITIES IN SOUTH FLORIDA.”

Privé’s 160 units range from 2,585 to 9,500 square feet and from two to six bedrooms. The flow through layout of each unit, along with outdoor summer kitchens and deep terraces, provide a spacious open-plan area to entertain guests.

“It is exciting to partner up with KWPMC as the vision our company and Gary Cohen laid out years ago comes to life,” said BH3 Principal Greg Freedman. “Our residents will see first-hand why KWPMC is considered an industry leader.”

The community also includes 70,000 square feet of indoor social spaces, a two-floor gym and spa in each tower, pet grooming area, poolside café, nature path, tennis court, jogging trail, and two oversized swimming pools and Jacuzzis.

“Privé is a one-of-a-kind luxury property in the area, and we are thrilled to be a part of it,” said KWPMC Managing Director and Co-Founder Robert White. “The amazing people we have at KWPMC have allowed us to become a go-to management partner for luxury condominium developers and associations.”

The new assignment comes at a time when KWPMC continues to aggressively expand its portfolio and add top talent. The company’s portfolio is now well beyond 70,000 units under management. It also now has more than 1,300 employees.

“Privé is one of, if not the most, unique developments in South Florida,” said KWPMC Managing Director and Co-Founder Paul Kaplan. “Managing the operations for a community on the region’s last private island is a tremendous responsibility, but I have no doubt that our team will deliver the highest-quality service to the residents.”
