Zuly Maribona joined the organization in 2008, headquartered in Bonita Springs. Zuly’s responsibilities included managing KWPMC’s operations from Naples-Ft Myers through Tampa, Orlando and Jacksonville. Zuly now leads the strategic growth of the company for these areas of Florida. She has been integral in the growth of those markets, and she continues to focus on expanding the company’s presence. Employee development, client satisfaction and management through key performance metrics are a continued focus for Zuly. Prior to joining KW Property Management Zuly spent over 15 years in areas of mortgage banking, technology and residential construction. Zuly holds a degree in Business Administration. Her professional certifications and memberships include Green Professional Buildings Skills, Community Associations Institute and Worldwide Women’s Association.
Jeff Lessey
Regional Vice President
Prior to joining KWPMC, Jeff spent 25 years serving homeowner associations throughout the United States and Caribbean as an Operations Executive, providing leadership and guidance at all levels to a portfolio of 72 properties. He holds Real Estate Broker’s Licenses for North and South Carolina. Jeff has joined KWPMC as Regional Vice President, covering the Greater Orlando and Jacksonville markets. In this role, he works with a team of District and Property Managers to provide outstanding service to associations throughout the region.

Rebecca Cioci, Vice President of Sales (Tampa, Orlando and Jacksonville)
As KWPMC’s Vice President of Sales, Rebecca is responsible for driving continued growth across the Tampa, Orlando and Jacksonville markets. Her diverse experience includes 20 years in the property management industry. Rebecca is versed in both the sales and operations aspects of the business, providing comprehensive expertise in managing properties and ensuring operational success. She is also a Department of Business & Professional Regulation (DBPR) Educator and Florida Supreme Court Mediator, with a passion for educating board members and fostering strong, engaged communities. Rebecca’s mediation background includes resolving many matters involving condominium and HOA communities. She enjoys her ranch, animals, and veteran’s charities.
