He began his career in commercial property management at a multinational project company, where he played a pivotal role in launching the largest cargo airport in Latin America. In that role, he was responsible for renegotiating all long-term contracts with major airlines such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, Servient Rega, and Avianca Cargo. Over time, Matt advanced through various leadership positions, including serving as General Manager and ultimately as Senior Vice President—a tenure that culminated in the successful sale and exit of the company. For the past 10 years, Matt has dedicated his expertise to high-rise luxury residential property management in the South Florida region. He has led multicultural teams comprising several hundred employees and has managed more than 5,000 units, demonstrating a strong commitment to excellence and operational efficiency.
