Zuly Maribona joined the organization in 2008, headquartered in Bonita Springs. Zuly’s responsibilities included managing KWPMC’s operations from Naples-Ft Myers through Tampa, Orlando and Jacksonville. Zuly now leads the strategic growth of the company for these areas of Florida. She has been integral in the growth of those markets, and she continues to focus on expanding the company’s presence. Employee development, client satisfaction and management through key performance metrics are a continued focus for Zuly. Prior to joining KW Property Management Zuly spent over 15 years in areas of mortgage banking, technology and residential construction. Zuly holds a degree in Business Administration. Her professional certifications and memberships include Green Professional Buildings Skills, Community Associations Institute and Worldwide Women’s Association.
Jeff Lessey
Regional Vice President
Prior to joining KWPMC, Jeff spent 25 years serving homeowner associations throughout the United States and Caribbean as an Operations Executive, providing leadership and guidance at all levels to a portfolio of 72 properties. He holds Real Estate Broker’s Licenses for North and South Carolina. Jeff has joined KWPMC as Regional Vice President, covering the Greater Orlando and Jacksonville markets. In this role he works with a team of District and Property Managers to provide outstanding service to associations throughout the region.
