Stephen brings over two decades of luxury hospitality experience, including 17 years of Food & Beverage experience with Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts. Stephen has been success in stabilizing leadership teams, improving employee turnover and achieving record financial performance within the F&B operation.
With Four Seasons, Stephen held multiple Food & Beverage leadership roles at properties in California, The Bahamas, Hawaii and Florida. He served as Director of Food & Beverage in Miami for 7 years and led the team to record revenues and profits during his time. His journey through Four Seasons was largely focused on Restaurants and Bars and Stephen has a track record of success in creating, refining and executing relevant and successful restaurant concepts – pop-ups and third party collaborations, and delivering large and high profile special events.
With a master's degree in International Hospitality Management from the Scottish Hotel School at the University of Strathclyde and a background in Computer Science, Stephen's education has provided a foundation to build a career combining creative flair with analytical acumen.
