With more than 25 years of experience in asset management, real estate development, property management, accounting, due diligence, and acquisitions, Sheila brings a wealth of expertise to KWPMC. Prior to her time with KWPMC, Sheila showcased her skills while serving at a Florida-based real estate development firm, building the Oceana Brand in the US. There, she provided financial and operations management services, overseeing an impressive portfolio valued at over $2 billion. Earlier in her career, she played a pivotal role as a Senior Financial Analyst at Starwood Vacation Ownership, contributing to the development of the renowned St. Regis in Bal Harbour. Sheila holds an MBA and a bachelor’s degree, both in hospitality & Tourism Management, from Florida International University.
