Nicole oversees the Talent Acquisition Department at KWPMC and has been with the company since March of 2016. In 2019, Nicole was promoted to the Talent Acquisition Manager role, where she had the ability to build a skilled recruiting team. Nicole has extensive experience in staffing and onboarding new properties, and identifying and hiring top tier talent into the company. In 2022, Nicole was promoted to VP of Marketing & Culture, where she continues to drive brand awareness and engagement, while developing initiatives to continue leading our positive culture and philanthropy events. Nicole graduated in 2016, with her Master’s in HR Management.
