Zuly heads up the company’s Region 2 office, headquartered in Bonita Springs. This region includes the Collier, Lee and Hendry county areas. She has been integral in the growth of the region over the past year, and continues to focus on team member growth and development, customer service, client retention and professional process management. She joined KWPMC in 2008 as a Community Association Manager, and was promoted to Senior Vice President in 2019. Zuly holds an Associate in Arts in Business Administration from Miami-Dade College, and a Florida Mortgage Broker’s License.

As a Regional Vice President, Andy brings his unique skillsets and talents to the teams of District, Property and General Managers in the KWPMC Naples and Ft. Myers markets. He also works alongside developers and association boards, using his extensive luxury hospitality background which is a true differentiator for the property management environment in Southwest Florida.

With over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Andy has held several Senior Leadership positions. Most recently he oversaw three luxury communities as a Vice President of Operations for Compass Group. Prior to that Andy was a Hotel Manager for the iconic luxury brand, The Ritz-Carlton, Bachelor Gulch hotel in Colorado, where he was responsible for The Residences, room operations, five Restaurants, facility management and the spa. Prior to joining The Ritz-Carlton, Bachelor Gulch, Andy managed the Food and Beverage operations of Forbes 5-Star, The Ritz-Carlton, Dove Mountain. He joined The Ritz-Carlton Hotels from Starwood Hotels & Resorts.

Andy received his education from Dublin Institute of Technology where he graduated with Bachelors of Arts in Hospitality Management.

I have made written concerns to local manager, Garnet Dasher, Area Manager Zulema Mendoza, SR VP Zuly Maribone and... Managing Director Paul Kaplan and received no response. It is very concerning when a KW representative says they have been speaking with you on the phone - Yet I have never phoned them and even volunteered phone records to prove it. KW has given no response and do not appear to care to get to the bottom of it. Lack of response is a common thread through our community and a frequent discussion on NextDoor. Residents have been known to call our security guard and demand they walk to KW’s office in order to actually get a person to speak to. Residents have had added difficulties selling their properties due to this lack of response.read more

Having owned homes in areas with other property managers for 12+ years, and seeing how well it can work, KW (Fort... Myers) sets a new low. Our experience with them was often frustrating, and left us in disbelief that we were working with a company that is in the business of property management. As with many of the other reviews, we found KW's local manager completely unresponsive and unprofessional. When a problem or question arose, they would not answer or return our calls or emails. We had the same experience with KW's regional manager, so I assume ignoring residents is acceptable behavior at more than one level with this company. If you're going to do a job, why not do it well?read more

I asked the girl that works at the Venetian palms office under Laura that I needed maintenance done around my building... we were unable to set me up to place work orders I was given paper to place the work that was needing to be done sent email with pictures just as asked 2 months went by and nothing done. I go to office ask Laura what’s going on these are safety issues form me and all residents. Laura was nasty and unreasonable told me they may get to it in 5 or 6 months. Then needed required maintenance and could not leave work to attend they refused to give maintenance guy a key and said it’s not there job to manage my affairs. 2nd day on new job had to leave work to accommodate the required maintenance in which I had no control of scheduling I was able to do this this in the past but not now. I went into office told her I’m tired of their attitude and unprofessionalism and they need to learn how to manage customer service I do not deserve to be talk to in that time or manor. Laura knowing I have stage three cancer said well if your sick why you at pool drinking and throwing up we had to call in special people to clean up your throw up the only thing that came up is water and I made it to a bush I said how dare you accuse me and say that to me and asked did you see throw my stainless steel cup or come out and taste it so don’t dare accuse me of drinking when I’m not and how dare you knowing I have cancer and go through chemo.i called kw management left a message I received one call back I missed it and returned call several times and never heard back. I’ve been here in Venetian palms for 6 to 7 years we have had 4 property managers and by far Laura is the worst laziest and unkindest person yet property manager I’ve ever met. she doesn’t walk around community she doesn’t do anything and so many residents here are very unhappy with her. Once her boss came to property she was nice and said anything you need let me know my work orders from September are still not complete. I love my place and location but by far the worst property maintenance I’ve seen ever and in the 6 to 7 years I’ve been here. I don’t think asking for a hard working property manager who is nice and can manage proper maintenance of community to much to ask for. Or to ask for a response to an email that I sent while she Supposedly working from home. Not one response to my email I sent her about ducks being ran over and sprinkler spraying all over my car. Take a vote guaranteed majority of residents want her gone!read more

I have been a resident of Bonita Lakes for over 5 years and KW has been the management company the entire time. Our... current property manager has been in place since May, 2017. Over that time I have had the opportunity to interact with her on a regular basis. I have found her to be very responsive to all resident requests. Our landscape contractor is required to respond and repair a work order within 72 hours of it being submitted to her and she is very good at making sure this happens. She monitors the property and sees to it that it is kept in excellent condition.As the property manager she is required to follow the governing documents of the association and at times must tell residents that their requests are not covered under the association rules. She has always done this in a polite, respectful and professional manner. The KW organization provides all the services that they have contracted to supply and provide support to the property manager with all her tasks. After working with KW for over 5 years and this property manager for over two years I feel they are doing an excellent job of managing the community and meeting all their contractual obligations. I would recommend them to any other HOA.read more
