KW Property Management & Consulting Adds Prestigious Heron Bay to Rapidly Expanding Management Portfolio
October 16, 2018 – A banner year for leading association management company KW Property Management & Consulting (KWPMC) continued with the company’s newest management assignment: the 3,100-home Heron Bay community in Parkland and Coral Springs. The desirable Heron Bay is the largest homeowners’ association (HOA) community in KWPMC’s Broward County portfolio.
Developed in 1995, Heron Bay includes a diverse mix of custom homes and townhomes across nearly 40 neighborhoods. The community’s expansive collection of amenities includes its signature clubhouse with two spacious pools, state-of-the-art fitness center, indoor recreation facility with a racquetball court, meeting room and ballroom and tennis complex with 10 Hydro-Grid clay courts.
KWPMC plans to have more than 30 employees on site to service Heron Bay residents.
“WE ARE THRILLED TO PARTNER WITH THE HERON BAY COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, WHICH HAS BIG PLANS TO TAKE AN ALREADY INCREDIBLE COMMUNITY TO ANOTHER LEVEL,” SAID KWPMC MANAGING DIRECTOR AND CO-FOUNDER ROBERT WHITE. “IN A COMPETITIVE PROCESS TO SECURE THIS ASSIGNMENT, THE ABILITY TO PROVIDE UNPARALLELED RESORT-STYLE SERVICE THROUGH OUR 5-STAR/5-DIAMOND HOSPITALITY LUXURY SERVICES DIVISION AND INTEGRATED TECHNOLOGY SYSTEMS AND SOLUTIONS SET US APART.”
The hiring of KWPMC concluded an exhaustive four-month search in which the Heron Bay Community Association hosted numerous presentations, visited communities managed by contending companies and conducted extensive reference checks.
In the end, KWPMC was unanimously selected by the association’s Board of Directors.
“Our vision is to make Heron Bay the premier community in South Florida, and partnering with KWPMC puts us in a position to accomplish that,” said Heron Bay Community Association Board President Neil Vogel. “The company’s professionalism, accomplishments and strong industry reputation stood out during the search process. We also saw the family-like culture that has been cultivated by KWPMC’s leadership and is similar to the Heron Bay family, which comes together in good times and bad.”

KWPMC now has more than 1,500 employees and a portfolio fast approaching 75,000 units under management following the addition of Heron Bay.
Earlier this year, the company obtained several high-profile development consultant assignments in Miami-Dade County: Okan Tower in downtown Miami, the mixed-use The Plaza Coral Gables development in Coral Gables and the redevelopment of the former Marlborough House property in Miami Beach. The company is frequently hired by developers of high-end, large-scale projects to provide consulting services long before a shovel hits the dirt.
KWPMC also secured new assignments at ultra-luxury condominium projects Privé at Island Estates in Aventura and Jade Signature in Sunny Isles Beach.
