It is appropriate for all amenities of an Association to be closed. if access can still be granted for emergency purposes by a security guard or front desk personnel. Also, the rest room, whether it is closed and only opened for a particular reason or if it remains open, should be stocked with supplies and anti-bacterial soap and one-time use paper towels in order to ensure that proper hygiene is achieved before and after usage. If the bathroom is used in a limited way or open for use around the clock, a cleaning schedule should be agreed upon and maintained that is more targeted or frequent than usual.
