Recognizing an opportunity in the association management industry, two entrepreneurial CPAs, Paul Kaplan and Robert White, identified the need for a company that could deliver tailored solutions, a commitment to service and community well-being while providing exceptional accounting. Driven by this vision, they founded KW PROPERTY MANAGEMENT & CONSULTING in 2004 in the vibrant city of Miami, Florida, with the goal of transforming the landscape of homeowner association (HOA) and condominium association management.
