In 2018, the company obtained numerous high-profile assignments throughout Florida, including Brickell Heights in Miami’s Brickell neighborhood, The Marquis in downtown Miami, the mixed-use The Plaza Coral Gables development in Coral Gables, Solimar in Surfside, Jade Signature in Sunny Isles Beach, Privé at Island Estates in Aventura, Admiralty Point in Naples and Heron Bay – one of Broward County’s largest homeowners’ association (HOA) communities.

Simone is an experienced transactional and litigation attorney who is also a Certified Financial Planner. The graduate of St. Thomas University School of Law has been licensed to practice in Florida for more than 20 years. Simone’s specialty areas include banking law, corporate law, commercial litigation, appellate litigation and trust and estate planning.

“These two individuals bring tremendous value to our team,” said KWPMC Co-Founder and Managing Partner Robert White. “Both will play pivotal roles in what should be another historic year of expansion.
