What is the trend for deliveries in most communities? Are delivery people being restricted from entering hallways?

Most high-rise communities have a separate package room where packages are stored until a unit-owner comes down to sign for them. Some communities have the package in-take person (security guard, front desk personnel, etc.) wipe down the exterior of the packages after they are delivered, or some just recommend that unit owners do this when they get home after handling the package or consider wearing gloves when handling the exterior packaging before taking off the gloves when handling the interior contents.
