Global residential property management group elevates Katalina Cruz to CEO of KW PROPERTY MANAGEMENT & CONSULTING (KWPMC) and SVP of Odevo U.S., and Jorge Lago to President/COO of KWPMC

Katalina Cruz is now CEO of Odevo’s flagship U.S. brand KW PROPERTY MANAGEMENT & CONSULTING (KWPMC) and Senior Vice President of Odevo U.S. Jorge Lago assumes the role of President/Chief Operating Officer of KWPMC.

Odevo first entered the U.S. with Florida-based KWPMC in 2022 and quickly expanded to make the U.S. its largest market in less than two years. Cruz has been instrumental in KWPMC’s ascension since its 2004 founding, managing all of the company’s financial matters and playing an integral part in building its human resources framework and payroll system processes, creating KWPMC’s core values, mission, and establishing its operating model.

In her new role with Odevo U.S., Cruz oversees both the amenity and ancillary service sides of the group’s U.S. business. That includes Florida-based companies Water Restoration Group and Sharpe Project Developments, which significantly bolster Odevo U.S.’ property restoration and project management capabilities.

As KWPMC’s President/COO, Lago works closely with the company’s executive team to continue strengthening its people, processes and technology while keeping the focus on delivering superior customer service. Lago has two decades of property and asset management experience, holding leadership positions with major real estate investment and residential development companies, banks and property management companies.
